Carole Griffin Ruzich

Carole has been the managing partner of Griffin & Gallagher, LLC since 2008, and has vast experience in handling banking, real estate and municipal/zoning matters. She has represented financial institutions and mortgage lenders in contested mortgage foreclosures and workouts for most of her legal career. She is a member of the Bar of the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Illinois).

She has an extensive history of community involvement which includes serving as a member of Palos Community Hospital Board of Directors and the St. George Corporation. Carole also served as a Trustee of the Village of Orland Park for eight years and prior to that, was a Member of the Orland Park Board of Fire and Police Commissioners. She presently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Beverly Bank & Trust Company.

Carole obtained her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in History and Government, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.

Noreen Linda McInerney

Noreen Linda has been a partner with Griffin & Gallagher, LLC since 2008, and has been practicing for over 25 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, graduating cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics and received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent, College of Law. Noreen Linda has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, with a primary focus in representing developers, builders, and real estate investors.

Her practice has focused on condominium, homeowner (HOA), and townhome community associations, including drafting declarations and by-laws, advising developer run associations, assisting in property tax
appeals, and negotiating contracts. She is a member of the Southwest Bar Association, Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and is an avid runner.

Andrea T. Crowley​

Andrea Crowley has been with the law firm of Griffin & Gallagher since 2004 and has been practicing law for over 20 years. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville,
Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.

Andrea has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, primarily representing developers and investors. She has vast experience obtaining land use and zoning approvals with an in-depth focus on planned developments, zoning amendments, special uses, variations, subdivisions, and various governmental approvals. Her practice includes commercial leasing, community associations including drafting condominium declarations and by-laws as well as negotiating and drafting real estate contracts and closing complex real estate transactions. She has also represented community banks in documenting real estate and secured loans. She is a member of the Southwest Bar Association and a member of her local school’s Athletic Board.

Amanda “Amy” Ward Ogrin

Amy Ward Ogrin joined Griffin & Gallagher, LLC in 2004. Her primary areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and business/corporate law. Amy has a wealth of experience with complex commercial transactions, residential real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges, condominium and townhome development, creating custom estate plans for clients, and a myriad of corporate matters such as the purchase/sale of small businesses, drafting shareholder agreements, and the formation of a new companies.

Amy earned her B.S. in Biology, with distinction, from the University of Illinois, and her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago, with a Certificate in Tax Law. She is a member of the Bar of the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Illinois), the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Amy is an active Cub Scouts leader and loves to spend time in her garden.
